Lead Supervisor Job description

• Duties: Manage house staff and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
• Responsibilities:
• Manage staff of 1-5 clients
• Coaches, trains, and provides staff with coaching's as needed.
• Approves time off and maintains house schedules
• Train New Hires on client's ISP Goals, and health and safety needs.
• Assist in Investigations and provides documentation.
• Supports the achievement of individual’s personal outcomes.
• Implements individual’s Community Life Plans.
• Engages individuals living within the house with leisure activities such as arts, crafts, and games.
• Ensure monthly fire drills, water temperature checks, and fire extinguishers are in compliance with State regulations.
• Completes documentation as it relates to their job responsibilities.
• Communicates and resolves individual concerns with the Allegheny Community Home Care field staff.
• Attends weekly management meetings.
• Complies with instructions given by management in the event of a crisis situation.
• Complete vehicle review check sheet and supply office administrator with any concerns.
• Serves as a model to the appropriate language, dress, and behavior.
• Provides On-call support.
• Receives 24 hours training annually, relevant to Human Services.
• Facilitate monthly staff meeting to address household concern and to foster team building relationships.
• Ensure compliance of documentation which includes: MARS, Control Count, Monthly Goals, Progress Notes, Attendance Chart, ABC Behavior Chart.
• Completes Monthly Reports
• Ensure two weeks of client’s food/meals are in the homes at all time. Menus should be followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $45,760.00 per year
